The first step is the trigger, mainly there to start the automation off as well as housing the main data for the project. It has loads of columns but the ones we are focusing on are:

We then use the iterator to find the title in the sheet, which passes it over to Shopify. You can do it based on just the title but to make sure it’s right, we use the title to find the product ID which also has all the variants attached to it. We then go find the list of variants.

Our Work 1

This is a super cool, overly complex way to change prices in bulk. You can use this to match your competitor prices, and update new prices when suppliers send sheets of data that need updating. All you have to do is insert the new prices (we used Shopify CSV format but can be changed for whatever), title and if there are any variants.

The main feature of the automation includes several key steps:
 
1.Trigger via Email: Since the website data collection didn’t have an API, we used the email as the trigger. A purpose-built Gmail account receives the emails.
 
2.Data Logging: The data from the emails is logged in Google Sheets, ensuring the information is always accessible.
 
3.Automated Responses and Notifications:
•An automatic thank-you email is sent to the individual.
•A notification is posted in the Slack channel with a link to the updated Google Sheet, informing the team of the new inquiry.
 
4.Data Processing with GPT:
•The data is sent to GPT to summarize the personalization bit and sort the data.
•The sorted data is then input into the CRM tool to log customer progress.
 
5.Customer Service Notification:
•The customer service team receives an email with the AI-generated summary of the issues, allowing them to address specific concerns in the first call and increase the chances of closing the deal.

Our Work 2

We built this for a business coach. The system was designed to keep the team informed about emails coming in from a website input table, which collected information from people interested in the service.

main features

1.Lead Capture: Arto.Agent captures customer information even when the team is unavailable.
 
2.Data Logging: The captured information is stored in a Google Sheet, as requested by the client. Arto.Agent typically integrates directly with HubSpot, but the client preferred Google Sheets.
 
3.HubSpot Integration: Once the data is logged in the Google Sheet, it performs the same actions within HubSpot, ensuring seamless data synchronization.
 
4.Notifications:
•Initially, we considered sending emails to update the team and inform customers that they would be contacted.
•However, we found that the AI bot handled most of the communication, so it primarily focused on updating the team.

Our Work 3

We built this chatbot (agent). However, the customer wanted a chatbot that would collect customer info while they weren’t available. Arto.Agent was chosen for this purpose, a fairly great tool that is free up to a certain level. Its main focus is on capturing leads, scheduling appointments, and even collecting payments—perfect for what we wanted to achieve. Additionally, it has an app, which is quite convenient.

1. Trigger via Stripe Payment: The process begins when a payment is received via Stripe (often during the call).
 
2.QuickBooks Invoice: An invoice is automatically emailed to the client via QuickBooks.
 
3.Welcome Email: The client receives a thank-you email along with access to the course materials.
 
4.Booking Initial Meeting: The client is prompted to book their first official meeting through Calendly. The booking information and a survey are emailed to the client.
•Survey Data: The survey collects additional pain points, reasons for choosing the service, and other data. This information is processed by AI and sent to the coach and team.
 
5.Google Drive Integration: The call recording is saved and transcribed using GPT Whisper.
•AI-Generated Check-ins: AI drafts check-ins for the 2-week, 3-week, and 4-week marks.
•Meeting Summary: A transcription and meeting summary are sent to the client, detailing the 6-week plan and agreed-upon actions.

This project demonstrates how far you can push automation for a business coach running a 6-week program. The program includes bi-weekly meetings and access to online tools designed to help grow the customer’s business. This automation integrates Zoom and Google Docs for recording calls.

Since lead generation has become fully automated, I don’t have to think about it now. All we have to do is reply to the leads and book a call. That was our biggest challenge that PATTERN AUTOMATION has resolved.

Mandu: “Basically, we are running a fashion e-commerce agency. We founded it in 2020. Before that, I was with some other agencies. We are primarily working with fashion and D2C brands. Most clients we have now are based in India. However, we did have a lot of clients based in the US and Europe, especially in London as well since we did some outreach on the global market. strategic tasks.

Mandu: “I think I first got exposure to LinkedIn and started using it in 2018 or 2019. And at that time, I was unaware of automation platforms like PATTERN AUTOMATION. So I was doing manual outreach, and I remember there was a 100-connections-per-day limit. So I sent 100 connections per day manually. 

I had one account I used to send 100 connections, and it took me like 2 to 3 hours to do the outreach. I was never available, and it was really messed up because I didn’t have a proper record of those leads or how to do follow-ups. It was just like sending the manual connections and then removing those connections manually as well. So it was a very tedious process back then.

My goal was to generate 3 or 4 qualified appointments per day back then. I was able to do it, but it was taking time off from me. People weren’t quite interested back then, especially due to COVID, but some were. So I grew to manage 2 or 3 LinkedIn accounts, but it took me a lot of time. It became very tricky for me to manage all those accounts manually. So, we knew we needed to start looking for some tool to help us.

My partner — we are two co-founders of the agency — started looking for an automation tool. He recommended one of your competitors. So I started using that one first, but I was not happy with their platform and user experience. And then he mentioned I could go with PATTERN AUTOMATION as well. Mandu: “The outreach became very consistent with PATTERN AUTOMATION because it was completely automated. I used to do it manually, but it was very inconsistent. Like, I was able to do it 3 days in and then got bored. *laughs*

I was never sending InMails when I was doing it manually; it was really hard for me. So PATTERN AUTOMATION has helped me send InMails automatically, even emails as well. And that all combined effort has helped me to generate qualified appointments every day. 

So that was the most significant part for me. Obviously, PATTERN AUTOMATION saves me a lot of time. Otherwise, I would end up burning 3 or 4 hours doing manual outreach.

And since lead generation has become fully automated, I don’t have to think about it now. All we had to do was reply to the leads and book a call. So that is the best part. I think that was our biggest problem and a challenge that PATTERN AUTOMATION has resolved.”

Mandu: “I think it must be one of the new features that have been added — saved templates. That was a really good feature which I liked the most. I don’t have to go to all the accounts and create the campaigns again, so that’s a game changer. It saves a lot of time. 

And then the saved replies — a feature that helps us save and use our frequently used replies as templates in other messages. I wasn’t using that feature before, but I started using it recently. It works very well for me and saves a lot of time as well. It’s all about efficiency, and these small things make us more efficient.

When you are using one account, you don’t think about these features. Then you are like: Okay, I can do it manually, which I was also doing. But as soon as the number of accounts increased in PATTERN AUTOMATION, you started to realize that all these features like saved replies or templates could help you a lot.”

Why did you choose PATTERN AUTOMATION, and do you have any words for our potential customers?

Mandu Nadan: I think it was because of the customer support. I like PA’s customer support a lot. I’ve been using a lot of software and tools, and CRMs as well and I’ve never seen a customer support like here at PATTERN AUTOMATION. Your customer support is very friendly, so when I have any challenge, I reach out to them, and they immediately solve the issue. Sometimes I have issues connecting the accounts, and I don’t have to explain them; they are already on it to fix it through the backend, which is very good. So that’s the biggest reason we didn’t want to switch to any other platform. 

The second reason is that the platform is user-friendly. I think anybody, if they are not tech-savvy, can quickly learn it. It won’t take you even a single day.
